XONIKA3 API Reference

The XONIKA3 REST API provides programmatic access to your organization's CRM records, general ledger, commerce orders, support tickets, and external integration connectors.

Authentication & Multi-Tenancy

All requests must include a valid JSON Web Token (JWT) in the Authorization header. Each token encodes your authenticated user ID and authorized tenant context.

Commerce & Configurable Tax Rates

XONIKA3 supports dynamic, realistic business rules: tax rates are never hardcoded and can be passed explicitly per order.

WordPress Official Connector Plugin

The official plugin is located at integrations/wordpress-plugin/xonika3-connector/. It connects using Application Passwords and dispatches HMAC-SHA256 webhooks to /api/v1/integrations/wordpress/webhook.
